There have been so many answers to that question, answers that evolve as we evolve.
As a team, as husbands, fathers, The Hellers put heart at the forefront of all things. We bring every thing to the table so we can give every bit of who we are to every bit of what we love.
stayChristopher and Ryan were two kids with two very big imaginations, both with a shared desire to make stuff. Chris has a love for architecture, drawing, gardening with his mother and being inspired with worldly collections of treasures used for holiday decorating with his Grandmother Margaret and Great Grandmother Peggy. Ryan wrote stories, loved to perform, and paint and dreamt of ways to entertain those around him.
A long and winding road brought Christopher and Ryan together professionally in 2010 when they met working at helium creative, a brand development firm Chris founded in 2004.
The Hellers married, had two children, and traveled the world. Between 2016 and 2018 they renovated two historic homes in Lancaster, PA as operating Airbnb's to begin branching into a love for architecture, hospitality and interior design.
In 2013 The Hellers began The Margaret Cleveland at their studio in Fort Lauderdale. In 2022 they opened the Bolton Hill location as a boutique shop for found objects, treasures, and keepsakes. The Margaret Cleveland brings together their love of travel, design, and art; manifesting Chris’s dream of opening a storefront. Shortly after, Ryan began PLAYFORM, an event series that incorporates integrative healing with many forms of play to work with the community.
And most recent, The Hellers opened The Margaret Cleveland at Walther Gardens, a retail experience, garden center and nursery; along with The Peggy, the nation's oldest operating snowball stand.
